Physical Appearance

Dubois has the appearance of a man in his 30s: he has brown hair and beard with green eyes, and he wears a white shirt with a red tie, beige pants, jacket and hat and black shoes.

In Reality

When the movie was over and Phineas and Ferb were getting ready to receive their award, he walked to the stage and Phineas and Ferb said that they had to give him thanks for being the actor to give life to their villains.

He starts to say "you mean.." right before ripping himself off and reveal Baljeet Tjinder and Buford Van Stomm, who finish by saying "actors?" before the audience cheers.

So far, It's unknown if he actually does exist.
