When the boys learn that the famous Crikey the Crocodile has gone missing, they set out to find and return him to his home at the Danville Nature Preserve. Meanwhile, to Candace's amazement, Irving reveals his digital scrapbook compilation of all of Phineas and Ferb's wild creations. Dr. Doofenshmirtz plans to embarrass his brother by using his 'Chicken-Replace-inator' to replace Roger's mayoral award with the nearest chicken.
Episode Summary[]
Linda goes to the zoo for some volunteer work and puts Candace in charge. Lawrence, Phineas and Ferb are watching a show called Horse in a Bookcase. Irving comes to Phineas and Ferb's house and introduces to Candace an iPad-like gadget that he calls the Ultimate Phineas and Ferb Digital Scrapbook, containing all of Phineas and Ferb's inventions throughout the summer. Candace tries to borrow it, but Irving refuses. Phineas and Ferb then see the breaking news of the missing Crikey the Crocodile and decide to find him.
As Perry enters his lair, instead of meeting Major Monogram, he is briefed by Ray Liotta about Doofenshmirtz checking on websites and blogs about chicken.
In the sewer, Phineas, Ferb, Irving, and Candace ride on an Air-boat to find Crikey with their Croco-locator. Candace tries to borrow Irving's scrapbook, but he refuses again. Candace tells him that she'll just show it to her mom, and Irving agrees to give it to her later.
At Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated, Doofenshmirtz answers his intercom and tells Perry to come. As Perry enters, Doofenshmitz presses a button to trap Perry, but the trap drops a net on him. Doofenshmirtz gives Perry a newspaper showing that Roger was awarded for Danville Mayor of the Year for the second straight year, even though he was only Mayor for one year. He explains that everyone laughs at him instead of his brother, so he created the Chicken-Replace-inator to zap the award and replace it with the nearest chicken in the area, making a fool out of his brother, since people always laugh at chickens.
At the sewer, Phineas and Ferb figure out that Crikey is close by. Crikey appears behind Candace, scaring her. She runs to the Air-boat and drives away, hitting Crikey, who falls in her boat. Phineas calls Isabella for plan B. She, the Fireside Girls, Buford, and Baljeet arrive on jet-skis and pick up the boys to chase Candace and Crikey throughout the sewers.
Doofenshmirtz observes the award ceremony and sees Roger accepting the award. Perry throws a net at Doofenshmirtz and wrecks the monopod that holds the inator. Doofenshmirtz catches it and tries to blast Perry with it, but instead keeps hitting random objects throughout Danville.
Meanwhile, Phineas tells Candace to aim her Air-boat to the middle of tube that she, Crikey, and the rest of the kids fly over. Everyone lands at the Danville Natural Reserve, and the Air-boat is hit by the Chicken-Replace-inator, turning it into a chicken. At the same time, Doofenshmirtz, still holding his inator, tries to find Perry, who stuffs the inator with a rubber chicken and escapes via parachute as it explodes.
Phineas congratulates Candace for bringing Crikey at Danville Natural Reserve. Linda comes by and sees Crikey, thinking that he was brought there while she was having lunch. Candace rushes to Irving and tries to get the scrapbook, but Irving refuses once again. As they struggle, they accidentally throw it at Crikey, who swallows it whole. Irving tries to comfort Candace, unsuccessfully.
