Uncle Joe's Subs is a sub shop in Downtown Danville. It is owned by Jeremy's uncle, Joe. One of its specials is the Candace Special, which is a grilled cheese sandwich named after Candace, because Jeremy knew it was Candace's favorite ("Journey to the Center of Candace").
