Thumbs Up! is the fourth 8x8 book based on Phineas and Ferb, published on September 7, 2010.
Book Summary[]
Phineas and Ferb are hanging out with Candace at the mall, and she gives them some money while she goes to Mr. Slushy Dawg. Meanwhile, Perry heads to his lair where Major Monogram tells him about Dr. Doofenshmirtz's latest scheme. In the food court, the boys are waiting to see how long it takes for an ice cream to melt, when Buford comes and takes Baljeet's seat. In doing so, the ice cream falls into the bully's lap, and he pulls Phineas. Just then, Evander Holyfield appears and suggests they fight behind the mall in the afternoon.
To prepare for the fight, Holyfield puts Phineas through a series of exercises. Afterwards, Candace confronts the boys and runs to tell her mom what they are doing, to no avail. Later, the match begins, but Phineas is quickly tired out. At the same time, Agent P finds Doofenshmirtz in a cake factory, where the doctor explains his plan to force a crowd to celebrate his birthday with him. Perry then uses a whistle to call a flock of bats, freeing himself in the process.
Perry catches Doofenshmirtz heading for the wrestling match, and calls a whale via another whistle, which knocks the ice cream that his nemesis was holding. In the ring, the match had ended and Buford had won, when suddenly the ice cream falls into Phineas' head. Now even, the two proceed to shake hands. Doofenshmirtz's invention is then destroyed after bumping into a giant pipe, and Agent P heads home.
