The Gang is a group formed by Phineas, Ferb and their friends. The group began to consolidate in the second season, and then became fully consolidated in the third season. The main members of the gang are Phineas, Ferb, Isabella, Buford and Baljeet, with occasional participation of other kids, such as the Fireside Girls and Irving.

History

Season 1

At the beginning of summer, Phineas and Ferb, generally, act alone, often with the help of Isabella (as in "Rollercoaster") and, sometimes, of the Fireside Girls (as in "Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror"). Occasionally, they also tend to do their projects with Baljeet in a few adventures (as in "Unfair Science Fair"), and the same with Buford (as in "Raging Bully"). Therefore, it's rare to see the whole gang together, even though there are some notable moments (as in "Greece Lightning" and "Bowl-R-Ama Drama").

Season 2

Over time, the Gang becomes progressively a more consolidated group of friends, of which Isabella, Buford and Baljeet are Phineas and Ferb's most prominent friends, who begin to spend more time with them. The Fireside Girls still continue to appear occasionally as an aid to their adventures and projects, especially in the large-scale ones (as in "At the Car Wash"), although they are not as prominent as the aforementioned kids. It was also introduced Irving, who tends to participate in some of the Gang's adventures (as in "Hide and Seek"), being a huge fan of the Flynn-Fletcher stepbrothers. To a lesser extent, despite Candace not approving what her brothers are doing, also her friends (Jeremy, Stacy, and Jenny) tend to participate in the boys' Big Ideas, and Candace sometimes unintentionally helps the boys with their inventions.

Seasons 3 and 4

The long summer continues, and the Gang is completely consolidated, and it is rare to see an adventure in which Phineas and Ferb aren't with Isabella, Buford and Baljeet. Generally, the five kids appear and work together in almost all last summer adventures (and even after, as in "Act Your Age"). The Fireside Girls are also actively participating in their projects in several occasions. Candace, Stacy, and Jeremy also are still participating in the boys' Big Ideas sometimes. Also, Irving appears more, making him as prominent as the Fireside Girls, but, like them, not so prominent to be a main member of the Gang.

Background information

• Irving was originally intended to be a main member of the group before he was eventually replaced by Baljeet.
• Phineas and Ferb have already made their Big Ideas specifically to help almost every member of the group (with the exception of Stacy, Jenny, and Albert).
