"Holy guacamole. You sure are a handful!"
— Jeremy's catchphrase[src]

That's the Norm is one of the series that appeared in "Ferb TV".

Summary[]

The show takes the format of a sitcom. It is about Norm, who is living with the Johnsons (although the only members shown are Suzy and Jeremy). From what is seen from the show, Suzy must keep Norm a secret from her family, fearing that he will be sent back to space.

The title sequence shows Suzy having a tea party with her toys when a giant robot flies from the sky and destroys the tea party. Suzy angrily kicks the robot, which causes its armor to fall off and reveal that it was actually Norm.

The first scene features Suzy telling Norm that if he wants to live with her, he can't wander into Jeremy's room, because he may be sent back to space by Jeremy. Norm then tells Suzy that space is cold and unforgiving, like his father. As Jeremy knocks on the door, Suzy tells Norm to hide. Norm does so by running out the house, leaving a giant hole in his presence. Jeremy enters, wondering why his sister is in his room. Suzy tells him that she's making him a surprise. The surprise being a secret entrance (referring to the hole in the wall Norm made). Jeremy tells Suzy that she is a handful. Suzy ends the scene by winking at the viewer and giving them a thumbs up.

The next scene features Suzy giving Norm a make-up, commenting that he is much more fun than her other doll. Norm is honored by Suzy's comment. Jeremy knocks on the door, and Suzy tells him to wait a second. She quickly tells Norm to hide (this time, Norm disguises as a lamp), then goes to open the door. Jeremy asks Suzy if she has seen his lucky baseball bat. Suzy tells him no, and promptly tells him to leave. Jeremy does so, but not before calling Suzy a handful like before. Once the coast is clear, Norm removes his disguise and claims to be "the life of the party". Suzy follows this by remarking that "[her] lamp needs a brighter bulb."

The third scene features Suzy standing near a lumpy, Norm-shaped table. Jeremy questions why Suzy has the lumpy table, and Suzy claims that she is making a lemonade stand. Jeremy is still confused and asks where the lemonade is. Suzy tells him that she "drink-ded" it. Jeremy quips his catchphrase and leaves. Shortly after, Norm comes into the scene holding a pitcher of lemonade. Suzy tells Norm that she just lost a customer and asks him to help fix the table.

The final scene shows Jeremy and Suzy looking up into the sky, seemingly watching Norm return to space. Jeremy tells Suzy that Norm is really gone. He also states that although Norm was troublesome, he will miss him. He then asks Suzy to come back inside. Suzy tells Jeremy to give her a minute, and then tells Norm to come out of hiding. Norm follows, and tells Suzy that he has fireworks. Suzy tells Norm that he is a handful, as the two preform a finger-gun to each other.
