Terry the Turtle, or Turtleborg, is the 2nd Dimension counterpart of Terry the Turtle.

Biography

He was once a secret agent of the OWCA. However, just like many of his fellow agents, he was captured and transformed into a ruthless cyborg by the evil Charlene Doofenshmirtz (the wife of the notorious Tri-State Area dictator Heinz Doofenshmirtz), similar to how Perry the Platypus became Heinz's ruthless enforcer Platyborg. He is first seen summoned into Charlene's office along with the other animal cyborgs when The Resistance arrive to take the evil Doofenshmirtz couple into custody. Needless to say, the Resistance succeed in freeing Turtleborg and the others from their evil programming, and they turn against the Doofenshmirtz couple, holding them at gunpoint. Unfortunately, Heinz and Charlene's daughter Vanessa planned up a perfect escape for her family and Pandaborg by driving off in a hover car (thanks to her boyfriend Tony Marzulo). Following the escape of the notorious Doofenshmirtz family, Terry attends the O.W.C.A. reunion with the rest of the returned agents.
