Tara Lyn Strong (née Charendoff; born February 12, 1973) is a Canadian-American actress. She is best known for voicing Timmy Turner in The Fairly OddParents and Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls. For Phineas and Ferb, she voiced the Bird in "Interview With a Platypus".
