I guess I'm not the only one who notices the mother and child pair in several episodes. It always catches my eyes for some reason. I saw girl's cuteness so hard that I gave her a fan-name. It was not until this article that I found out that she first appeared in Lights, Candace, Action!User:PnFforever^{(visiting various multiple dimensions)} 16:24, January 13, 2014 (UTC)

Yeah, I decided to make this and I know the others here will accept this since it made some several appearance like the other background character and added the gallery with some proof pictures. Patrickau 26 (talk) 22:49, January 13, 2014 (UTC)
