In this episode, Doof makes up a viral video, designed to enslave the Tri-State Area. Throughout the episode, Vanessa & Norm keep trying to remind him that he already tried this scheme. Someone named Phineasandferbfanon2 added it, and I saw this on a fake yt vid. I don't think its true, but I won't take it off yet. There's no source, either.
