Take Photos with Agent P! is a software toy activity based on Phineas and Ferb, released in conjunction with the Platypus Day promotion in February 2011.

Gameplay[]

The visitor has two options to create a picture featuring Perry; uploading an image and using the webcam. For the former, one can select a photo stored in their computer to do a mashup with the character, being able to move him with the mouse within the image as desired. Doing the latter, the user has to adjust their face in the frame, and then click "take photos" to start a photo shoot. Each of the four pictures gives a five second interval, allowing the visitor to make different poses alongside Agent P. Once the photos are taken, they can be downloaded in a PDF format.

Perry's right hand out of boundaries in the game's code

  • The binary code in the main menu does not decode into anything. This same string of characters is present in Where's Perry?, a game developed by the same people and released around the same time.
  • The stock art of Agent P used in the title screen has the right hand cut off. It was fully placed at first to be edited later, as revealed in the game's files.
  • Moving Perry to the right side of the picture changes his orientation to the left, and vice-versa.
  • There is a notice at the bottom of the upload menu about publishing pictures online, advising minors to get parental permission before doing so. This is included to prevent doxing, as photos can be used to identify and get personal details of an individual.
  • Before uploading an image, it is suggested to choose one that has an open space for Perry, since crowded files would not blend well with the stock art. Optimally, they should also be as square-shaped as possible, otherwise they may be cut.
  • In the webcam photo shoot, Perry displays four different expressions for each photo; fists up, smiling, serious, and kicking, in order.
  • When a process is completed, an "Agent P!" voice clip from "Perry the Platypus" is played.
  • The photos are put in a grey triangle-patterned frame. When downloaded, their standard filename is "AgentPandMe".
