Background Information[]
- Most of the projects included in the title were eventually reutilized for the book 365 Days of Summer!: Big Fun Activity Book.
- In the inside cover lies a sketch of Phineas and Ferb smiling and a dialogue circle underneath enfolding a bothered Candace, who utters "Mom! Phineas and Ferb are making a title page!".
- Factoids related to real life items are included in a few sections as interesting pieces of background information to young readers:
- A trivia rectangle discusses the invention of the skateboards as they were originally built by bored kids in Los Angeles in the early 1950s through nailing halves from torn-out roller skates into boards. This is the common consensus on the topic, although there are arguments to an earlier inception, an uncertainty pointed out by the box itself.
- Mount Rushmore's edification is detailed by Ferb as having been the work of Gutzon Borglum with the aid of 400 workers from 1927 until 1941. Curiously, he points out that ninety percent of the effort is summed up in the precise placement of dynamite, a task backed by the hole honeycombing system.
- Cornering the Villain Grounds Design segment is a minutia ellipse explaining the venomous spur on the hind ankle of platypi, serving to deliver a defensive jab. While not mentioned, this is an anatomic characteristic only found in male specimens.
- Ferb states that the first ever website was nxocOL.cern.ch formed in late 1990, referring to the initial World Wide Web directory managed by founders CERN.
- The catchphrase "I know what we're going to do today!" is annexed to Phineas through a speech balloon in the front and backside envelopes of the print. Theme song lines "fighting a mummy", "discovering something that doesn't exist", and "driving our sister insane" are also referenced once each, the first of which as "finding a mummy".
- Below the Mount Rushmore Carving section, a question trapezoid erroneously claims Candace's birthday as being on July 7, when in actuality the date is July 11.
- Characters seen and/or mentioned in the book, not counting the decals, are Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Perry, Nosey, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, Buford, Baljeet, Captain Badbeard, the mummy, Major Monogram, and Isabella.
- Big Ideas nodded to in the book are the Mount Rushmore Remodel, the Chariot Race, the Time Machine, the Brobots, the Coolest Coaster Ever, 42, the Treasure Hunt, the Stardom Website, and Phineas and the Ferb-Tones.
- Shrinkspheria is the only Evil Scheme touched on in the book, although the Voice-inator base is alluded to as one of the three playing backgrounds.
