Spooktacular Joke Book is the third and final joke book based on Phineas and Ferb, published on July 31, 2012.
Book Summary[]
In a dark and spooky night, the gang is sitting around a campfire, when Phineas proposes that they should tell scary stories and jokes. He begins by telling the story of a lazy inventor who spent many days building a creature to do activites for him, only to be betrayed by his creation. Isabella, Baljeet, and Buford proceed by sharing Mad Scientist, Alien, Skeleton, and Cemetery jokes.
A few minutes later, Isabella tells a story about a girl who fell in love with a ghost boy who died in a submarine accident and couldn't feel affection. The tale gives Phineas the idea to say Ghost jokes. Buford comes back from the woods shortly after and suggests Bigfoot jokes, followed by Zombie jokes. Later, Ferb tells a story about a monster in few words, which reminds everyone of Frankenstein jokes.
Candace takes the spotlight and tells a story about three kids who stayed overnight in a haunted house, and ended up turning into ghosts. Isabella then gets the idea to share Haunted House jokes, and Phineas and Baljeet continue with Sea Monster and Werewolf jokes. Afterwards, Buford tells a story about a bully who became friends with a gigantic spider, prompting Phineas to share jokes about Spiders and other creepy crawlies. Just then, Perry arrives and the gang gets the idea of jokes about other kinds of monsters.
Baljeet tells a story about a hungry vampire who ultimately got turned into dust while searching for blood, and Phineas proceeds to share Vampire jokes. As everyone is getting ready to head inside, Suzy emerges from the shadows, causing Candace to run away screaming.
