Russell is a kid who supposedly lives in Danville. He and the gang explore his haunted house in hopes of finding ghosts.
Biography[]
In the middle of trick-or-treating, Phineas, Ferb, Candace, Isabella, Buford, and Baljeet notice what appears to be a mansion. They then spot Russell in the bushes, who explains that he lives there and that it is haunted. Wanting to help Russell, the kids head into the house with ghost gear. Inside, a blackout occurs and Baljeet turns on his flashlight.
As the kids make their way inside, they detect an abnormal ghost reading. A pumpkin zombie shows up and begins to chase the group. They try to escape, but the door doesn't open, and the floor suddenly gives out. In a cemetery-like area, the pumpkin continues to chase them through a zombie-filled river.
Afterwards, the kids are cornered by the pumpkin zombie. Phineas questions its existance, and, to confirm what it is, Ferb throws a skull at its head. They then find out it was a robot, and Waylon and Mona reveal themselves as Russell's parents. Russell and his parents explain that they altered the ghost readings with frequency emitters and that they were responsible for all the tricks in the house. Phineas requests one last trick, when the Were-cow passes by running from an angry mob. Shortly after, Russell and his parents are seen packing the haunted house ("That's the Spirit").
He appears in the background as Mike van Hatofapilgrim announces that the chinchilla chase was recorded ("Der Kinderlumper").
Physical appearance[]
Russell is light-skinned and has brown hair. He wears a yellow shirt with a button in the middle, dark brown shorts, and black sneakers with white socks.
Personality[]
Much like his parents, Russell is a trickster. He likes showing his and his parents' tricks and illusions, especially in the Halloween season.
Relationships[]
Waylon and Mona[]
Waylon and Mona are Russell's parents. He joins his parents in their escapades, likely in every Halloween season.

Russell seems to have made quick friends with the gang. They try to help him in the haunted house, and continue in good terms after he and his parents reveal their tricks.
