Robert Lyle Knepper (born July 8, 1959) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell in Prison Break and Samuel Sullivan in Heroes. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced the Contest Judge in "Robot Rodeo".
