Phil LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American voice actor, and former improve and sketch comedy guy. He was once a part of the improve comedy group The Groundlings, and later became a part of the sketch comedy series MADtv.
Since then, he has had an extensive voice acting career, and best known for voicing the Green Lantern in Justice League, Hermes Conrad in Futurama, the titular characters in both Samurai Jack and Static Shock, and Wilt from Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends.
After graduating in 1989, LaMarr became a member of the award-winning sketch and improv comedy group The Groundlings. He also studied improv at The Second City and at the ImprovOlympic in Chicago with Del Close. He has also improvised with Cold Tofu and Off the Wall. His early film jobs arose from connections from his improv and college years.
