It is heard as Perry's fedora, which Carl had lost grip of in the midst of scaling Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated, drifts around Danville in the atmospheric current before coming to rest at Linda's feet.

Radiohead - the song sounds remarkably similar to English rock band Radiohead's Creep.
Forrest Gump - Perry's hat floats around Danville just as the feather floats in Forrest Gump. Forrest himself even makes a cameo sitting on the iconic bench waiting for the bus, just as he does in the film.
