Biography

After the evil platypus clones melt from the soap activated by Rusty Britches, Officer Concord appears and thanks the kids for saving his factory. Baljeet exclaims Concord's name, and they all dance to celebrate their victory. With the story over, Buford comments on how unbelievable the ending is. Baljeet asks him if he is talking about Officer Concord or the unicorn, but Buford states that he thinks the cowboy is ridiculous ("Terrifying Tri-State Trilogy of Terror").

Physical appearance

Officer Concord is a big purple juice box. He wears a cop hat, blue shades with yellow temples, a black belt with a yellow frame, and white boots.

Personality

He appears to be playful, quickly suggesting a dance party as a way to commemorate the kids' success.

The kids seem to know him, as even with Baljeet mentioning his name, they smile and don't question his presence.
