Nana Shapiro is Isabella's grandmother. She resides at the Danville Senior Center Lodge.
Biography[]
Isabella wants to help Nana to prepare her latkes, but potatoes have run out in the Tri-State Area. To solve the problem, Phineas tries to clone Buford's last potato chip, accidentally creating potato gremlins. Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella chase after the gremlins while Buford and Baljeet entertain the other seniors at the lodge. Afterwards, the mutant potatoes and Doofenshmirtz's Mongol army barge in and subsequently disappear as Perry fires Heinz's inator. Isabella apologizes to Nana for what happened, but Nana compliments the show, to Isabella's relief ("Lotsa Latkes").
On Christmas, she can be seen at Phineas and Ferb's party amidst Isabella's other relatives ("A Phineas and Ferb Family Christmas"). In another day, she presents old scrapbooks, piquing her granddaughter's interest in the old days. Nana's friend then talks about writing letters, motivating Isabella to do that to express her feelings for Phineas. Nana helps Isabella in mailing her message, and, upon being asked, tells her granddaughter that she never sent a letter, since she was never brave enough to do so, causing Isabella to panic ("Operation Crumb Cake").
In the future, Nana greets Phineas and wonders where he will go to college, explaining that Isabella came to say goodbye as she is leaving to school later in the day. Wanting to help Phineas, she instructs him to go to the restaurant to meet her granddaughter ("Act Your Age").
Physical appearance[]
Nana is light-skinned and has grey hair with white stripes styled in a bun, and blue eyes. She wears a lavender dress with a purple collar and purple sleeves, a white skirt, purple sandals, and a yellow ring in her right arm.
Personality[]
She is laid-back and doesn't get the big problems to overcome her. Despite this, she can be very shy and fearful.
Relationships[]
Isabella[]
She is Isabella's grandmother, so they are very caring towards eachother. Isabella once tries to help Nana with a festival, and Nana once tries to help Isabella in romantic endeavors.
Nana's friend[]
She appears to be close to another female senior. Both like to reminisce about the old times, especially in the presence of someone younger.
Phineas[]
She seems to care about Phineas and Isabella's relationship, as she helps Phineas find her granddaughter so they can talk it out.
Buford and Baljeet[]
Like the other seniors, she enjoys Buford and Baljeet's performance and commends them for keeping the lodge alive.
