Mindy Lee Sterling (born July 11, 1953) is an American actress. She is best known for playing Frau Farbissina in the Austin Powers series and voicing Lin Beifong in The Legend of Korra. For Phineas and Ferb, she voiced the Veterinarian in "A Chip to the Vet".
