Phineas and Ferb Present Mind Flip, better known as Mind Flip, is a magic show organized by Phineas and Ferb to demonstrate all sorts of cool tricks developed by them and their friends.
History[]
Lawrence approaches Phineas, Ferb, and Buford to explain about phone booths. Before walking away, the boys' father pulls a coin from behind Phineas' ear, changing the subject of the kids' conversation to tricks. Buford does one of his own by picking up a large ear from within his', with Baljeet suddenly appearing to act as the hype man. Motivated, Phineas decides to host a magic show, only then noticing the absence of his brother, who reveals that he had put on a Buford costume.
The kids soon start the stage's construction with the help of Isabella and the Fireside Girls. Not taking it, Candace moves to call her mom, but has her phone swiped by Buford for a trick, losing the device to it. Later, Phineas and Ferb present their show to the public, promising to amaze everyone with their magic. The performance goes on as the boys prepare to do another trick, being confronted by their sister in the process.
Candace finds herself stuck in an illusion box in the basement. Upon hearing the siren of Linda's car, she dashes away to get her parents to witness Phineas and Ferb's creation. As she explains the event to them, they are hit by an external ray, turning them cool. This causes them to ignore her, much to her confusion. Meanwhile, the boys showcase the grand finale, in which they disappear alongside the stage. Afterwards, the two return Candace's phone, and pull one last dummy trick ("Sipping with the Enemy").
Design[]
The Mind Flip is a magic show themed around the surreal. As such, it has a vibrant purple palette based on the brain's pink-ish color, appropriately reflecting its mind-blowing nature. The logo and miscellaneous effects are colored yellow, the complementary of purple in the traditional model. The costumes worn by the performers have a medieval-esque aesthetic, referencing the likes of fairies, dragons, and other mythical creatures.
Activities[]
The Mind Flip's attractions include a dissolvable dragon opening, a floating crystal ball screen, a limb-altering chamber, and the final disappearing act. For the show, Phineas and Ferb are the main entertainers, Isabella and the Fireside Girls serve as background performers, Baljeet acts as the hype man, and Buford presumably functions as the backstage support.

Background Information[]
- The phrase that kickstarts and wraps up the magic show is "a magician never reveals his secrets", as said by Lawrence and Ferb, respectively. This is a popular saying by magicians to justify not revealing how a trick works.
- To subvert expectations, Phineas declares in the beginning that every attraction of theirs is a trick, going against the popular magician creed.
- The event's name is coined by Baljeet in his hype speech, "it's a miiind fliiip", which also becomes the show's slogan.
- Throughout the day, Baljeet exclaims this a total of six times.
- According to Phineas, he keeps a number of quarters behind his ear for his father's pleasure.
- Two dummy tricks are performed, once before and again after the Mind Flip event. Based on Buford's explanation, it can be presumed that both him and Ferb possess life-size dummies of themselves, as they are utilized by the latter and Baljeet.
- To test some tricks, Buford wrecks a nearby landline in addition to Candace's cell phone.
- In the show's opening, a dissolvable hydra with Phineas and Ferb heads is used as a taste of what is to come, leading into the emergence of a spades ship.
