Michael Patrick "Mike" Bell (born November 3, 1967) is an American writer, storyboard artist, director, and voice actor. He is best known for voicing White Shadow in Turbo and writing for Oh Yeah! Cartoons. For Phineas and Ferb, he was a writer and storyboard artist starting with "Terrifying Tri-State Trilogy of Terror" and he voiced Dr. Killbot in "Phineas and Ferb Save Summer".
