Mathew Frazer "Mat" Horne (born September 6, 1978) is an English actor, comedian, and television presenter. He is best known for playing Gavin Shipman in Gavin & Stacey and Jamie in The Catherine Tate Show. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced Blay'n in "Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation!" and "Let's Bounce".
