Major Megaburns is the steampunk counterpart of Major Monogram. Megaburns gives Sweary the Swan (aka Agent S) his instructions about his nemesis Professor Von Doofenshmirtz through a very limted-animated zoetrope. His intern, Carl appears in a much better animated zoetrope above it. Megaburns gets jealous that Carl's zoetrope is "cooler", but Carl insists that it only has more frames.
