Maggie the Macaw is an agent that appears in "O.W.C.A. Files". A talking bird species, she is one of the few animals in the series and the only agent (besides Dr. Doofenshmirtz) to be able to speak English, if only a few words.

Maggie is a scarlet macaw with red feathers, a long tail feather, and a large inward curl of feathers atop her head. She also has dark grey feet with 2 toes in the front and one in the back. Her white face has a short dark grey beak, yellow eyes, blush marks, and a blue patch under her beak.
While on the job as an agent for O.W.C.A., she wears a small brown fedora with a yellow band on her head.
