"Upon an evil winter's heart, the heavy hand of regret infrequently alights. Dr. Lloyd Wexler is the evil mad scientist and the hero of Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
Biography[]
Dr. Lloyd Wexler was born on January 8th, 1950[2]. He is an evil scientist, whom Heinz Doofenshmirtz has looked up to for a long time.
At one point, he was captured by The Agency so Perry the Platypus could impersonate as him and investigate that year's Evil-Con. Wexler was presumably returned after the Evil-Con, but it was not shown ("A Hard Day's Knight").
Perry lip-synchs to a recording of Dr. Wexler reading from paragraph four of his autobiography, Inside an Evil Mind: The Dr. Wexler Story.
Background Information[]

Wexler's evil ID.
- Wexler is 5'10.
- Wexler weighs 270 lbs.
- Spends in his underwear in most of the episode.
- Wexler's evil ID card expired April 2009, and it also indicates that he is clearly "not a platypus".
- He bears an interesting resemblance to Professor Norton Nimnul from Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers.
- Dr. Wexler's voice, as heard on the audiobook Agent P plays at Evil-Con, is provded by Tim Curry, though it is unknown if that is Dr. Wexler's actual voice or another individual narrating the audiobook.
- Since Dr. Wexler appears to be a British character, it's possible that he was born on the 1st of August instead of the 8th of January; this is due to the little endian form of dating, which is employed in the UK.
- Doofenshmirtz mentioned him making a ransom note so this may hint he has kidnapped someone in the past.
