In addition to the show's regular cast, guest stars have been featured in Phineas and Ferb. Guest voices have come from a wide range of professions, including actors, athletes, musicians, and media personalities. The first credited guest star was Keone Young in "Lawn Gnome Beach Party of Terror", and the first person to appear as themself was Evander Holyfield in "Raging Bully".

Some guests were promoted through commercials on Disney Channel, such as Brenda Song, Corbin Bleu, and Ben Stiller. Others came to the show via recommendation of co-stars, like Monica Raymund, and many earned a part because of their profession.
