It is unseen how he gets out of the laundry basket, but it is assumed that Doof-2 let him out in order to put him in the chains. Perry distracts both Doofenshmirtzes as well as the Norm-bot army and Platyborg with a holographic image of Monogram's upper half taking a shower. He pulls the chain off his neck while they ride away in the mine carts and uses it to trip some Norm-bots. Perry uses the magnet in his watch to steal the keys from one of the Norm-bot guards. After Phineas opens a portal into the next clockwise dimension, Perry unlocks everyone's chains and handcuffs before the Norm-bots begin to chase them. |
