Lake Siegel Bell (born March 24, 1979) is an American actress, writer, and director. She is best known for playing Dr. Cat Black in Childrens Hospital and voicing Poison Ivy in Harley Quinn. For Phineas and Ferb, she voiced Katherine Marshall in "Out of Character".
