John Phillip Stamos (born August 19, 1963) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Jesse Katsopolis in Full House and Fuller House, and Tony Gates in ER. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced Meap in "Meap Me in St. Louis", replacing Lorenzo Lamas as the character.
