John Richard Schneider (born April 8, 1960) is an American actor and singer. He is best known for playing Bo Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard and Jonathan Kent in Smallville. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced one of the Wilkins Brothers in "Just Passing Through" and "Last Train to Bustville".
