Joseph "Joey" Lawrence Mignogna Jr. (born April 20, 1976) is an American actor and musician. He is best known for playing Joey Russo in Blossom and Joe Longo in Melissa & Joey. For Phineas and Ferb, he co-wrote "Summer All Over the World".
