Joel Edward McHale (born November 20, 1971) is an American actor, comedian, producer, writer, and television host. He is best known for hosting The Soup and playing Jeff Winger in Community. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced the Old Norm Head in "Candace Disconnected".
