Joan Mary Cusack (born October 11, 1962) is an American actress and comedian. She is best known for playing Emily Montgomery in In & Out and voicing Jessie in Toy Story. For Phineas and Ferb, she voiced Glenda Wilkins in "Last Train to Bustville".
