Jesse Gordon Spencer (born February 12, 1979) is an Australian actor and musician. He is best known for playing Dr. Robert Chase in House and Matthew Casey in Chicago Fire. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced Liam McCracken in "Primal Perry".
