Erin Grey Van Oosbree (born August 24, 1973), known professionally as Grey DeLisle and Grey Griffin, is an American voice actress, comedian, and singer-songwriter. She is best known for voicing Daphne Blake in Scooby-Doo and Vicky in The Fairly OddParents. For Phineas and Ferb, she voiced the Smoothie Seller in "Doofapus".
