The title of the song may be a play on words of The Beatles song, You Never Give Me Your Money.
Second time Doofenshmirtz's song is for a TV show. (The first being "Doof 'N' Puss" for the eponymous show in "Nerds of a Feather")
Unlike Doof's other performances, which are fully orchestrated with chorus girls, this song is just Doof and a piano, possibly because he couldn't afford an orchestra or dancers.
