Garnoz is a character from Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe. He is most likely the eldest of the Cowards as evidenced by his wrinkles. A flashback reveals that he was around when Super Super Big Doctor took over the planet and was also one of the first few Cowards to fall out of her control and flee to the hidden city of Cowardalia.
