Mrs. Monogram is Francis Monogram's wife and Monty Monogram's mother. She was said to have remodeled the section of the Agency that is located out where Phineas and Candace's biological grandparents live in Mexican-Country style ("The Ballad of Badbeard"). It is possible that she is quite fond of Mexican furnishing and cookery, because not only was she said to have remodeled said section of the Agency in Mexican-Country style, she also makes good enough tacos to make Major Monogram excited about the prospects of going home to dinner to enjoy "taco night" ("Got Game?").

- She sometimes goes on dates with her husband; they did so in "Chez Platypus".
- It's likely that her hair is (or was) brown, as her son Monty's hair is brown, meaning that his hair color must have been passed down by one of his parents.
