The Chupacabra is a legendary creature rumored to inhabit parts of the Americas. The kids go to New Mexico to search for him, not knowing that he has a secret agent identity to keep.
Biography[]
Background[]
The idea of the Chupacabra originated in the 1970s, after a series of livestock killings in Puerto Rico, in which the animals reportedly had their blood sucked. The creature was popularized in the 1990s, following the discovery of dead sheep supposedly dried of blood. Afterwards, many animal deaths attributed to the beast were reported in several American countries. Investigating these incidents, it was concluded that witnesses were mistaking dogs and coyotes with unknown entities.
Phineas and Ferb[]
Buford tells the story of his grandfather's encounter with the Chupacabra. Inspired, Phineas decides to search for the creature. A while later, Phineas presents the Chupa-Copter, the helicopter they will use to go to New Mexico for the hunt. Arriving in the state, the kids use Buford in a goat costume as bait while they fly through the desert. Sensing something, Buford alerts Phineas, who confirms that the target has been located. The Chupacabra falls in a trap, and the kids take him home in a crate.
Seeing the creature's agitation, the boys presume he's hungry and go to the kitchen to grab food. Candace waits for them to leave and checks the box, moving it to the front lawn to show her mom. After defeating Doofenshmirtz, Perry receives a call from Major Monogram, ordering him to save the Chupacabra, who is an operative. Passing by the Flynn-Fletcher house, Perry uses the Switch-Place-inator to swap Buford with the creature, who takes the opportunity to fly away in the Chupa-Copter ("La Candace-Cabra").
Physical appearance[]
The Chupacabra is a reptile-like creature with black fur, dark grey bird-like feet, grey claws, two horn-shaped hair formations, and gold scleras.
Personality[]
He is mysterious and elusive. Despite many attempts to catch him, the creature remains unknown until the boys are successful in capturing him.
Relationships[]

Major Monogram becomes concerned after being notified of the Chupacabra's status, showing that he cares about the operative. He seems to be in good terms with the other agents, as he and Perry greet each other after the rescue mission is a success.
Kids[]
The kids think of him as a regular animal, bringing goat-based products for him to eat.

- The Chupacabra does not appear completely, with only parts of his body being shown.
- According to the computer of the Chupa-Copter, the Chupacabra's main traits are his rooting, sniffing, long neck, and desert dwelling.
