- It is revealed to be sung by jingle singers in a recording room.
- It is shown the jingle is part of a whole song Dr. Doofenshmirtz has never finished writing. Thus far the song goes, "Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated, where being evil is not debated." ("Rollercoaster: The Musical!")
- It is revealed in the commentary of "Attack of the 50 Foot Sister" that the Doofenshmirtz jingle singers are named “The Slacks.”
- All jingles are performed by Danny Jacob, with the exceptions of the CSI-style version, which was done by Robbie Wyckoff, the parody Drusselstein DMV, which was done by Aaron Jacob in a German accent, the parody "Looking for Books" which was done by Olivia Olson as Vanessa Doofenshmirtz, the parody of "vacation condo", which was done by LC Powell and the full jingle ("where being evil is not debated") and the "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" version, both of which were performed by Doofenshmirtz himself.
- The jingle almost always follows the "Quirky Worky Song" in episodes.
- The jingle was re-recorded with different harmonies and about a full step (two semitones) higher for Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe.
- This is also the only version of the jingle to ever appear on a soundtrack (during the "Candace Against the Universe (score)" track).
