| “ | Okay, listen up, ladies. The Mayor has tasked us, Troop 46231, with baking the official droogen strudel for the tasting today. The key to making droogen strudel is the raisin-like dried doonkelberries called the droogen. Now, there are going to be actual Drusselsteinian emissaries here at the fair. And these emissaries are real sticklers about their droogen strudel, so no distractions. Every fiber of our full attention must be laser-focused on this task! | ” |

Isabella is eager to impress foreign emissaries at Droogenfest, but Doofenshmirtz's plan gets in her way. Meanwhile, Phineas, Ferb, and the boys grow the world's largest doonkelberry.
Episode Summary[]
The episode opens with a musical number introducing the quirky festival, Droogenfest's, history and its signature dish, droogen strudel. Mayor Roger assigns Isabella and her Fireside Girls troop to bake the perfect droogen strudel, warning that the emissaries are notoriously strict about authenticity.
Meanwhile, Phineas and Ferb unveil the world’s largest doonkelberry, planning to present it at the festival. Candace attempts another failed bust, while Agent P receives a mission from Major Monogram to investigate Dr. Doofenshmirtz, who’s been spotted at Droogenfest and Carl inform them that the entire economy depends on establishing trade with the Drusselsteinians.
At the fair, Doofenshmirtz tries to join the bakers, claiming to want to help, but is thrown out by the Fireside Girls. He is confused as to how Isabella recognizes him, asking if she's his dentist, before Isabella reminds him of when they flew into space together. Upon meeting Perry, Doof reveals his hatred of droogens (which stemmed from his childhood in Drusselstein, so he presents out his Droogen-Chocolate-Swap-Inator to replace all droogens with chocolate. Perry fights him and destroys the inator, but it already sends out a beam that turns every droogen at the festival into chocolate (just as Doof's planned) and ruins the strudel tasting, much to both Perry and the Fireside Girls' distraught.
At first, Doof is delighted that he won, but gets horrified to hear that the emissaries are storming off after canceling their trade deal with the Tri-State Area and threatening to downgrade it to a Bi-State Area (much to Roger and the citizens' horror). Realizing his awful mistake, Doofenshmirtz teams up with Isabella to bake a replacement strudel. They’re joined by Phineas and the gang, who use their giant doonkelberry and an improvised solar dehydrator to create new droogens. To ensure of the kids' success, Doof transforms Norm into an oven for the massive baking operation.
As the emissaries prepare to leave, Perry distracts them by disguising himself as Droogy, the festival’s dancing droogen mascot. The group finishes baking a gigantic strudel, which Doofenshmirtz transports using two trucks attached side by side. The emissaries taste it and declare it “delightfully discouraging,” sealing the trade contract and saving the Tri-State Area.
At the end, Isabella awards her troop "Preventing-an-International-Incident" Patches; she also awards Doofenshmirtz a “Good-Job-Cleaning-Up-Your-Own-Mess” patch after he confessed that he invented the Droogen-Chocolate-Swap-Inator that caused the entire situation in the first place. The episode closes with a gag showing Doofenshmirtz’s dentist—who indeed looks just like Isabella, with a pair of pink googles resembling her bow and a beard that resembles her long hair.
