Dr. Feelbetter is a talk show host. He helps Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Perry reconcile their differences when Peter the Panda starts to foil Doofenshmirtz's plans.
Biography[]
Perry finds out Peter the Panda has been foiling Doofenshmirtz's plans. Upon realizing that he misses Perry, Doofenshmirtz takes him to Dr. Feelbetter's show to reconcile. In the show, Dr. Feelbetter asks Perry about his thoughts, even though he doesn't talk. Realizing this, he proposes that the lack of communication is what led to the two distancing themselves. Doofenshmirtz objects, telling the host that Peter doesn't talk either and questioning his credibility as an evil scientist.
Feelbetter reveals to Doofenshmirtz that Peter is hearing their conversation from backstage, much to Heinz's surprise. The presenter then introduces the panda onto the stage. After a break, the show returns with Peter having thrown several chairs to the side. Dr. Feelbetter suggests Doofenshmirtz should tell Perry how he really feels. The doctor apologizes to his nemesis for what he had done, and the platypus accepts the apology.
Afterwards, Doofenshmirtz traps Perry and the other agents, revealing his real Freez-inator and his plan to turn all the agents into statues. He activates his invention and says goodbye to Peter, who kicks him. Perry hits the inator with his chair, causing it to fire outside the studio. He then breaks Doofenshmirtz's remote, freeing the agents, who proceed to beat up their respective nemeses ("It's About Time!").

Dr. Feelbetter is light-skinned and has grey hair and a grey mustache. He wears an orange shirt, a lab coat, brown pants, white shoes, and circular glasses.
Personality[]
He seems to be observant, yet oblivious. He points out that the lack of communication may be a problem for Doofenshmirtz and Perry, but doesn't realize that animals can't talk.
