Director Dipthong[1] is an accountant for the O.W.C.A. who substitutes Major Monogram when the officer is on jury duty.
Biography[]
Perry heads into his lair via a hole next to the garden shed. While he descends, Major Monogram calls him by watch to inform that his mission will be given by Director Dipthong, a member of the accounting section of the organization. Arriving in his lair, Perry is greeted by Dipthong, who explains that Doofenshmirtz has been buying a concerning amount of generators and cables. Concluding his briefing, the accountant signs-off by sinking down from the screen. Confused, Carl questions him about what he's doing, and Dipthong demonstrates his signature move again ("Great Balls Of Water").
Physical appearance[]
Director Dipthong is light-skinned and has brown hair. He wears a green long-sleeved shirt with a dark grey collar and dark grey lines, in which his initials are stamped in purple; green pants, and black shoes.
Personality[]
He is playful and laid-back. Explaining the mission, he speaks in a relaxed manner and makes a pun related to Doofenshmirtz's scheme, telling Perry that he is positive it can't be anything good. To sign-off, he sinks from the screen in what he calls "Descending Dipthong".

He seems to be happy to give Perry his mission, despite the agent being bothered by his silliness.

He appears to be respected by Major Monogram, since he is chosen as a substitute to brief Perry.

- His name, "dipthong", is a misspelling of the word "diphthong".
- Director Dipthong is one of the options on the Impersonator-inator, being one of the forms Perry is transformed into while battling Doofenshmirtz ("Mandace").
