Daredevil Days is the sixth in a series of chapter books based on Phineas and Ferb, published on February 16, 2010.
Book Summary[]
Daredevil Days is a near word-for-word adaptation of the episodes "Crack That Whip" and "The Flying Fishmonger", presented as Part One and Part Two. The book makes the transition from Part One to Part Two with the simple phrase, "It was another sunny summer morning for Phineas Flynn and Ferb Fletcher". Differences between the book and the episodes as broadcast are noted below. In general, most of the differences are that of timing, where an event is described as happening at a slightly different time (usually before) than when it happened in the episode, though some lines are missing from the episode.
Each page typically has a picture from the episode that helps the reader visualize what is being described. The picture is a halftone screenshot from the episode (taken from the wide format originals), cropped into custom shapes such as rectangles with cut-out corners or ellipses. Each chapter includes a picture of Phineas and Ferb at the beginning of the chapter, and Perry's image appears next to each page number.

Background Information[]
- The songs are described in general terms, rather than specifics. (For example, no lyrics are transcribed)
- Isabella is incorrectly referred to as "Isabella Garcia". Buford's surname is also mistakenly written as "Von Stom".
Differences between the book and the episodes[]
Most timing differences, where an event occurs in the book a few moments before when it does in the episode, will not be noted here.
Part One ("Crack That Whip")[]
- Missing line: "Hmm, hmm, hmm? Yes?"
- Missing line: "Does this helmet make my butt look big?'
- Missing line: "I am so not with them!"
- Betty Jo's flashback about the time the Bombers and the Slashers had a face-off at the roller rink is shorter.
- Shortened line: (It's not fair if it's two boys and one girl against two girls and one boy) ", so you have to skate, Candace, or else it won't be fair."
- Changed line: Major Monogram says "Back to business" instead of "Just pointing it out".
- Missing lines: "Et tu, Grandpa?' "No, I just had one." "There's more if you want."
- When Doofenshmirtz tells about his evil plan, it is shorter than the episode. He also says "I've tried everything" instead of "I've tried everything to grow facial hair."
- Changed line: Hildegard says "Remember kids, one word: roadkill."
- Missing sequence: The end part of the song Ring of Fun where Phineas says "We're back!" is missing.
- Missing line: Phineas doesn't say anything about the skaters going backwards. Instead, the book just describes it.
- Missing lines: "Who are you calling a loser, cheater?" "Who are you calling a cheater, loser?"
- Missing line: "My evil head!"
- Missing line: Candace says "Come on" only once.
Part Two ("The Flying Fishmonger")[]
- Shortened line: (Awesome story), "Grandpa Reg."
- Missing line: "I'll be in the... car."
- Missing line: "Wonderful. We'll see you boys later."
- Missing line: "It's just a little bit of "How's your father"."
