Damian Watcyn Lewis (born February 11, 1971) is an English actor. He is best known for playing Richard Winters in Band of Brothers and Nicholas Brody in Homeland. For Phineas and Ferb, he voiced Agent Double 0-0 in "Elementary My Dear Stacy".
