The contest judge is the emcee for the second annual Inator Creator contest.
Biography[]
At the Quantity Inn, the judge presents the Inator Creator contest to a crowd of L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. members and introduces the winner of the first competition, Rodney, who shows the trophy belt to his fellow evil scientists. As the contest is underway, Doofenshmirtz uses a fog machine to cloud everyone else. Rodney takes the opportunity to build a Fog Clearer-inator, prompting the judge to put him in the lead.
Following a brawl between evil scientists and escaped animal agents, Doofenshmirtz's and Rodney's inventions are the final two remaining. To his rival's surprise, Heinz reveals that he made a machine to destroy the Fog Clearer, winning him the competition by default. Since the prize had been broken in the fight, the judge gives the winner a kid's balloon that is floating next to him ("Robot Rodeo").
Physical appearance[]
The contest judge is light-skinned and has brown hair, a brown beard, a brown mustache, and brown eyes. He wears a blue turtleneck, a black jacket, grey pants, dark grey sneakers with light grey details, and a gold medal in the left breast.
Personality[]
He is laid-back and enthusiastic. He is unperturbed when the inn becomes foggy, and instead continues to announce the competition's developments with excitement.

L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.[]
He seems to know about L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.'s activites, being the host of one of its organizational events.
Rodney[]
He is happy to announce Rodney's participation and the Fog Clearer, which allows the contest to resume normally.
Doofenshmirtz[]
He declares Doofenshmirtz the winner and gives him a balloon as the prize to compensate for the trophy belt's destruction. Doofenshmirtz accepts it, and names it after Balloony.
Background Information[]
- In the last sequence with the contest judge's upper half, his eyebrows and mustache are mistakenly colored with a darker shade of brown.
- The contest judge is voiced by Robert Knepper, who is a friend of Jeff "Swampy" Marsh.[1] Knepper is listed under additional voices, but Marsh has alluded to his role in the episode.[2]
