Chloe is a robot created by Rodney to serve as his assistant. She is programmed to dance.
Biography[]
Doofenshmirtz is planning to go to a block party, but Norm is not interested, due to not having a date. Wanting to go, Doofenshmirtz convinces his robot that he may meet someone there. At the party, Heinz motivates Norm to speak to a popcorn machine. As he moves to do so, he spots Chloe and falls in love with her. He follows Heinz's advice and introduces himself to her, but has difficulty in maintaining a conversation, so Heinz gives him more tips on how to talk to women.
Norm starts to talk with Chloe. She tells him that she was made to dance, causing Norm to challenge her. She accepts, while Norm gets nervous. After calming down, he and Chloe dance and sing. Chloe falls in love with him, and, as Norm presents her to his creator, Rodney appears. To Heinz's surprise, he realizes that Chloe is his rival's robot. Rodney takes her away, and the robots part ways ("Love at First Byte").

Chloe has robot parts that emulate a light skin, a red dress, a dark red necklace, and red sandals. She has blond hair, blue eyes, and pink lips.
Personality[]
She appears to be outgoing and prideful. She talks to Norm without a problem and quickly accepts his dance challenge to prove she is better at dancing.

Rodney is her creator, so her relationship with him is likely similar to that of Norm and Doofenshmirtz.
Norm[]
She initially doesn't think much of him, accepting his challenge only to prove she is good at dancing, but ends up falling in love with him. Both are upset when they part ways, and seem to think their love is like Romeo and Juliet.
