"Boat of Romance" is a song from "That Sinking Feeling" which is characterized by its romantic sense. It starts off the exclusive luxury cruise organized by Phineas and Ferb in Baljeet's favor and accompanies the first few minutes of the jaunt.
Lyrics[]
Romance,
It's not in the air,
It's not on the breeze,
And it's not in the trees,
And it's not in your hair.
It's on the water,
So I'll warn you well in advance,
If you're not looking for love,
Don't set foot on our Boat of Romance.
(On our Boat of Romance!)
If you're not looking for love,
Don't set foot on our Boat of Romance!
(On our Boat of Romance!)
On our Boat of Romance!
Background Information[]
- Dan and Martin wrote the song inspired by The Love Boat theme, and later Dan got Jack Jones, who sang the original, to sing it for the episode.
- The melody and music of this song were re-used for "Toboggan of Love" in the Milo Murphy's Law episode "Love Toboggan".
Continuity[]
- An instrumental of this song can be heard later while Isabella enjoys the cruise with Phineas. It ends abruptly with a record scratching when she realizes the dinner for two he had prepared wasn't intended for them.
