"Uh, it's like it's got a self-destruct button. What kind of idiot would design that?"
— Blatto

Blatto is a Toydarian residing in Mos Eisley on the planet of Tattoine in Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars. He is the son of Watto[1], who was the owner of a second-hand goods store in Mos Espa and the owner of Anakin Skywalker and his mother in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Blatto is friendly and outgoing, considering Phineas and Ferb to be his best customers for purchasing parts from. After accidentally finding a disk containing the Death Star Plans, Phineas and Ferb take it to Mos Eisley to find Obi-Wan whom the plans were to be delivered to, running across Blatto, the boys sought to find out what the contents of the disk contained and hooked it into the detached head unit of an R5-series Astromech for use of its projector to see the Death Star. Phineas takes notice of how the station seemes capable of destroying entire planets and how it could be easily destroyed, with Blatto commenting on the inclusion of an exhaust port leading directly into the main reactor; wondering who in their right mind would do that. Before they could speak further, Candace Flynn noticed the Death Star plans and chased after the boys past Blattos' stall.
